Founder & CEO
An educator, writer, and entrepreneur, Lekhaa MeenakshiSundaram believes education should be experienced, not memorized. Having learned within two different education systems, she developed a deep appreciation for classrooms that encourage curiosity, creativity, and hands-on exploration. She believes students learn best when they are building, questioning, creating, and solving real problems, not simply listening to lectures. Through Athenavate, she designs future-ready learning experiences that help young people discover their strengths, think critically, and develop the confidence to navigate a rapidly changing world.
